Common questions
The app can't find my album
Some CDs have barcodes that aren't in the Discogs database, especially rare pressings or regional releases. If Stakkr can't find an album, skip it and keep scanning. You can add that one in Apple Music directly.
My album isn't available in Apple Music
Not every album in Discogs is available in Apple Music. If an album can't be added, the app will let you know.
Something else isn't working
Email support@stakkr.fm with your iPhone model and what you were doing when the problem happened.
